Linda Fraas was born and raised in New Hampshire and received her J.D. from University of NH Law School (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center) in 1985. Prior to practicing law, Linda was a medical, surgical and psychiatric nurse. She continues to apply her medical knowledge and experience to the analysis, evaluation and litigation of cases involving physical and psychological claims of injury.
For over thirty years Linda has successfully defended personal injury, professional malpractice, wrongful death, products liability, automobile, fire, construction and premises liability cases on behalf of numerous insurance companies. In addition to her insurance defense practice, Linda has extensive experience representing plaintiffs in professional negligence actions including several high profile cases involving claims of psychiatric misdiagnosis, improper treatment, sexual exploitation, and other violations of professional ethics.
Linda’s trial experience includes over 70 jury trials, insurance coverage declaratory judgment trials, arbitrations, and state administrative hearings. She is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and New York in all state and federal courts.
